A little bit about us…
The owner of the company is Brett Deguire. Brett is a professional real estate investor and has been a business owners since 2001. After living in Ottawa area for a number of years, Brett has moved back to Toronto area in 2009. In 2006 – Brett has been a real estate investor. Brett has worked with thousands of home owners, property managers, landlords, real estate investors and business owners.
In August 2014, Brett got married to a wonderful women by the name of Beverley and as a result he moved from Toronto to Brampton.
Through his existing business Brett would continue to get questions from other business owners, entrepreneurs, and commissioned sales reps about how they can purchase their own home even after them getting turned down from the Big Greedy Banks for a mortgage. Based on our experience, combined with the recent increased restrictions imposed by the banks, inspired us to start this program to help Deserving Hardworking Families get off the rental treadmill and into a home they can truly call their own.
That is why Every Family Deserves A Home was created. We are to help and assist those that can’t get financing for a home and help them to acquire the home.
